Today is the deadline for the second Trump Administration to obligate hundreds of millions of dollars on apprenticeship, youth jobs training, and projects for workers returning from prison. Those awards could say a lot about the direction of the Administration’s ambitious plans for American jobs policy, particularly $145 million in special funds distributing pay-to-train incentives to employers hiring apprentices.
